Refund Policy

The consumer has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the goods that they withdraw from the contract, without having to provide a reason for their decision.
The withdrawal period begins one day after the date of receipt of the package.

The consumer must notify the seller of the withdrawal by email at:

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer must return the received item by post to the seller’s address:
Suzana Oprešnik s.p., Grablovičeva ulica 20, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.

The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods (calculated according to the price list of the delivery service).
The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice has been sent.

The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract for goods:

• that have been made according to the consumer’s exact specifications or clearly personalized to their personal needs,
• that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return,
• or that have already been used and, for hygienic reasons, are not suitable for further sale.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the company shall refund all payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal.
The company shall refund the payment using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to another payment method and does not incur any costs as a result.

The company may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the consumer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, unless the company offers to collect the returned goods itself.
