Delivery and Shipping Costs
Each order placed through the online store handmadebucisu.com will be processed no later than the next business day after the order is received.
Products that are in stock are generally dispatched within 3 business days.
Products that are made to order or require additional production time are dispatched within up to 10 business days. Where necessary, the customer will be informed of the estimated delivery time.
Delivery of ordered products is carried out via Pošta Slovenije (Slovenian Post). The seller reserves the right to select another delivery service in exceptional cases if this enables faster or more reliable delivery.
Shipping costs are as follows:
- 3.90 € for orders up to 70.00 €,
- free shipping for orders over 70.00 €.
Cash on delivery is not available. Payment by credit card via Stripe and PayPal is supported.
Shipping prices apply to deliveries within Slovenia. International shipping is charged according to the price list of Pošta Slovenije. Cash on delivery is not available for international shipments.
Delivery times are indicative. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service or due to force majeure.
This Shipping Policy is valid from 29 January 2026 onwards.
