{"id":1343,"date":"2025-02-09T16:03:52","date_gmt":"2025-02-09T16:03:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.handmadebucisu.com\/?page_id=1343"},"modified":"2026-01-30T07:46:56","modified_gmt":"2026-01-30T07:46:56","slug":"refund-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.handmadebucisu.com\/sl\/refund-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Pravilnik o vra\u010dilih"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-03f8c911\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong><strong>Vra\u010dilo izdelka \/ odstop od pogodbe<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Potro\u0161nik ima pravico, da <strong>v 14 dneh<\/strong>&nbsp;od prevzema artiklov prodajalcu sporo\u010di, da odstopa od pogodbe, ne da bi mu bilo treba navesti razlog za svojo odlo\u010ditev.<br>Rok se za\u010dne \u0161teti <strong>en dan po datumu prevzema paketa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odstop od pogodbe potro\u0161nik sporo\u010di na e-naslov prodajalca:<br><strong>handmade.bucisu@gmail.com<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V primeru odstopa od pogodbe potro\u0161nik prejeti artikel vrne po po\u0161ti na naslov prodajalca:<br><strong>Suzana Opre\u0161nik s.p., Grablovi\u010deva ulica 20, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edini stro\u0161ek, ki bremeni potro\u0161nika v zvezi z odstopom od pogodbe, je <strong>stro\u0161ek vra\u010dila artiklov<\/strong>&nbsp;(ki se v primeru po\u0161iljanja obra\u010dunava po ceniku dostavne slu\u017ebe).<br>Artikel je potrebno vrniti prodajalcu <strong>najkasneje v roku 14 dni<\/strong>&nbsp;od poslanega sporo\u010dila o odstopu od nakupa.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potro\u0161nik nima pravice do odstopa od pogodbe pri pogodbah:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>katerih predmet je artikel, ki je bil izdelan po natan\u010dnih navodilih potro\u0161nika,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ki zaradi svoje narave ni primerno za vra\u010dilo,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ali artikel, ki je bil \u017ee uporabljen in iz higienskih razlogov ni primeren za nadaljnjo prodajo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V primeru odstopa od pogodbe podjetje <strong>nemudoma oziroma najpozneje v 14 dneh<\/strong>&nbsp;po prejemu obvestila o odstopu od pogodbe vrne vsa prejeta pla\u010dila.<br>Podjetje vrne prejeta pla\u010dila potro\u0161niku <strong>z enakim pla\u010dilnim sredstvom,<\/strong>&nbsp;kot ga je uporabil potro\u0161nik, razen \u010de je potro\u0161nik izrecno zahteval uporabo drugega pla\u010dilnega sredstva in \u010de potro\u0161nik zaradi tega ne nosi nobenih stro\u0161kov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podjetje lahko zadr\u017ei vra\u010dilo prejetih pla\u010dil do prejema vrnjenega blaga ali dokler potro\u0161nik ne predlo\u017ei dokazila, da je blago poslal nazaj, razen \u010de podjetje ponudi mo\u017enost, da samo prevzame vrnjeno blago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pravilnik o obrazcih v zvezi z uveljavljanjem pravice do odstopa od pogodbe, sklenjene na daljavo ali zunaj poslovnih prostorov, informacije v zvezi z uveljavljanjem pravice do odstopa od pogodbe ter obrazec za odstop od pogodbe&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.pisrs.si\/Pis.web\/pregledPredpisa?id=PRAV11915\">\u00a0je na voljo na povezavi<\/a>.<br>Natan\u010dneje pravico do uveljavljanja stvarnih napak ureja Zakon o varstvu potro\u0161nikov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta pravilnik o vra\u010dilih velja od <strong>26.01.2026 dalje<\/strong>&nbsp;dalje.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Return of Goods \/ Withdrawal from the Contract The consumer has the right to notify the seller within 14 days&nbsp;of receiving the goods that they withdraw from the contract, without having to provide a reason for their decision.The withdrawal period begins one day after the date of receipt of the package.
