The general terms and conditions of the online store handmadebucisu.com are prepared in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Slovenia, in particular the Consumer Protection Act, and govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the customer.

Due to the nature of the business and the handmade production process, the range of products available in the online store handmadebucisu.com may change frequently.

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and are valid at the time the order is placed.

The company is not a VAT payer; therefore, VAT is not charged in accordance with Article 94 of the Slovenian Value Added Tax Act (ZDDV-1).

The seller reserves the right that a specific product may no longer be available for production, even if it is still displayed on the website.

In stock

The product is in stock and is usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Available to order when out of stock

The product is currently out of stock but can still be ordered. The production and dispatch time is usually an additional 3–5 business days.
The product is marked as “In stock – Order possible even when currently out of stock”.
In the shopping cart, such products are displayed as “Available to order without stock”.

Out of stock

The product is currently not available for order and the production time is unknown.

Made-to-Order Products and Payment

For products made to order or customized according to the customer’s wishes (colour, size, material, pattern, etc.), the price is determined individually based on an agreement with the customer.

Before production begins, a pro forma invoice for an advance payment is issued in the agreed amount (usually 50% of the estimated product value). Production starts upon receipt of the advance payment.

After the product is completed, a final invoice is issued, with the advance payment deducted from the total amount. The product is dispatched after full payment has been received.

The production time for made-to-order products is generally 10–20 business days from receipt of the advance payment, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Products that are made or customized according to the customer’s specific wishes (colour, size, material, pattern, etc.) and therefore differ from the standard offer are not eligible for returns or exchanges, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Orders in the online store can be placed 24 hours a day.

The sales contract between the seller and the customer is concluded at the moment the customer receives an order confirmation by email.

The seller reserves the right to reject an order in the event of an obvious error or if the product is unavailable. In such cases, the customer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded.

The online store handmadebucisu.com offers the following payment methods:

• bank transfer to the seller’s bank account based on a pro forma invoice,
• credit card payment via the Stripe system,
• payment via PayPal.

In the case of payment by pro forma invoice, the order is reserved for a maximum of 8 business days.

The customer receives the invoice for the ordered products by email in PDF format.
In the case of personal pickup, the invoice is issued either in physical or electronic form.

The seller reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions. The terms and conditions valid at the time the order is placed shall apply.
